Russell's Men's Shop began operations January 13, 1983. Owner Russell Smith has furnished eastern North Carolina and beyond with quality menswear for 30 years. Russell was born and raised in Washington and has worked on Main Street since the age of 14. His knowledge of downtown and the surrounding area alone makes a visit worthwhile!
